A. If you need to change your booking details, you will need to get in touch directly with your experience provider to change the details.

A. We are very sorry, but bookings through Cooeeblu cannot be canceled, but if you would like to exchange for another experience, please get in touch with us and request to change the experience for another.

A. If the booking was canceled due to bad weather, you can arrange an alternative date with the provider of the experience which was canceled.

A. For each person and for each transaction, any given promo code can only be used once.

A. By default, unless otherwise indicated, the prices shown on the Cooeeblu website are per person.

A: After your details and payment are processed an email with your booking and confirmation details will be sent.

A: Yes. Please confirm directly with the Experience operator. Confirmation is required 48 hours before the date of your experience. If you have other considerations such as booking travel or accommodation etc, please confirm your details with the experience supplier before booking these.

A: Absolutely! We use SSL certification and encryption that hides your details from others on the internet

A: You sure can. We offer Gift Vouchers on Cooeeblu. Go to the experience you want to buy and buy a voucher for that particular experience. Or go to our – buy a voucher page and buy a voucher to give as a gift to be used on any of our Cooeeblu experiences – This way the receiver can chose the experience.

A: All Cooeeblu vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase subject to

After 12 months, if the price of the experience has increased, the additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.

If the experience is no longer available, you can transfer your voucher value to any other experience on Cooeeblu.com.au

A: You sure can. Just contact us and we will transfer the voucher to a new experience for you.

A: You must provide the original Gift Card and booking confirmation to the experience provider in order to use your Gift Card. Photo ID is required for identification purposes.

To redeem your gift voucher, simply visit our redeem page and fill out the form, letting us know your redeem voucher number and the experience you would like to purchase with your gift voucher.

Gift Vouchers

Buying a gift voucher is simply buying Cooeeblu credit.

So if you want to gift a friend or family member with an unforgettable experience, but you’re not sure what experience they would like to choose, or when they would like to book it, then buying a Gift Voucher is your best bet.

Simply browse to our Gift Voucher page and select the value of the gift voucher you would like to buy and take it through checkout.

You also have the option to buy a Gift Voucher by clicking the purple “Buy as a gift voucher” button near the top of each individual experience page.

Gift vouchers are supplied by Cooeeblu, are fully transferable from one experience to any other experience across Cooeeblu and can be used for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift Card

If there is a specific experience you have in mind that you would like to gift for someone, then choosing a “Gift Card” is your best option.

When on a particular experience page in our website, you may see the option “Buy a gift card” blue button just under the “Book Now” button below the booking calendar. Clicking this will take you through the checkout system, allowing you to purchase the experience as a gift card for a friend or family member.

Some experiences may not have gift cards available. You can still purchase the experience from Cooeeblu as a gift though, by tapping the purple “Gift as a gift voucher” button near the top of the experience page and purchasing at the checkout.

Gift cards are supplied from the experience provider and are subject to the supplier’s terms & conditions. They are valid to the date specified at purchase.
